Time Diary

 I am very habitual with my days and the use of technology. I choose to go on social media only after my work is done because it is a big distractor and has, in the past, prevented me from getting my job done. The only thing that changed throughout the day was what I did when my work was done. I specifically communicate daily with my Mom, Dad, sisters, and brothers, and I catch up with my friends at least 2 times per week. I don't communicate with my husband on social media because we always tell each other in person. I specifically use my walk with my dog or when I'm driving to catch up with my family and friends. The timing of the semester and workload affect my use. My eyes tire of looking at a laptop all day, so the last thing I want to do is look at my phone.  Sunday-  iPhone 7:30 am- I woke up and checked my emails on the outlook app and my iMessages.
